  • 250 ml of almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
  • 3 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • vegan chocolate
  • red berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • peanut butter
  • shredded coconut
  • some nuts

Preparation

  1. For the oats: almond milk, cauliflower rice, oats, hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds and raisins

  2. For the toppings: vegan chocolate, red berries, banana, peanut butter, shredded coconut and nuts.
