Red Berry Cauli Oats
Ingredients
- 250 ml of almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of cauliflower rice from @bonduelle_nl
- 3 tablespoons of oats
- 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
Toppings
- vegan chocolate from @the.nu.company.uk
- red berries
- 1/2 banana
- peanut butter
- shredded coconut
- some nuts
Preparation
Combine almond milk, cauliflower rice, oats, hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, and raisins in a pot or bowl.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and creamy, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired.
Add toppings: vegan chocolate, red berries, half a banana, peanut butter, shredded coconut, and nuts. Serve immediately.
