Red Berry Cauli Oats

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons of cauliflower rice from @bonduelle_nl
  • 3 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins

Toppings

  • vegan chocolate from @the.nu.company.uk
  • red berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • peanut butter
  • shredded coconut
  • some nuts

Preparation

  1. Combine almond milk, cauliflower rice, oats, hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, and raisins in a pot or bowl.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and creamy, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired.

  4. Add toppings: vegan chocolate, red berries, half a banana, peanut butter, shredded coconut, and nuts. Serve immediately.
