Banana Oats with Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 200 ml of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 3 tablespoons of oats
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of flax seeds
Toppings
- 1 kiwi
- 1 hand of mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- some hemp seeds
Preparation
Mash half a banana.
In a pot, combine almond milk, cauliflower rice, mashed banana, oats, chia seeds, and flax seeds. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
Prepare toppings by slicing kiwi, mango, and the remaining banana.
Top the cooked oatmeal with kiwi, mango, banana slices, peanut butter, and hemp seeds.
