Banana Oats with Fruit Toppings

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 3 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of flax seeds

Toppings

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 hand of mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • some hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Mash half a banana.

  2. In a pot, combine almond milk, cauliflower rice, mashed banana, oats, chia seeds, and flax seeds. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Prepare toppings by slicing kiwi, mango, and the remaining banana.

  4. Top the cooked oatmeal with kiwi, mango, banana slices, peanut butter, and hemp seeds.
