Quick Carrot Cauli Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons carrot rice
  • 2 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • some cinnamon

Toppings

  • peanut butter
  • shredded coconut
  • mulberries
  • pomegranate seeds
  • white chocolate spread
  • millionaire shortbread bite

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a pot or bowl.

  2. Heat the mixture for about 10-15 minutes until cooked and desired consistency is reached.

  3. Add toppings and mix or arrange as desired.

  4. Serve immediately.
