Quick Carrot Cauli Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons carrot rice
- 2 tablespoons cauliflower rice
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- some cinnamon
Toppings
- peanut butter
- shredded coconut
- mulberries
- pomegranate seeds
- white chocolate spread
- millionaire shortbread bite
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except toppings in a pot or bowl.
Heat the mixture for about 10-15 minutes until cooked and desired consistency is reached.
Add toppings and mix or arrange as desired.
Serve immediately.
