Apple Pie Oats

Ingredients

  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 6 tablespoons oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 apple, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • some cinnamon

Toppings

  • 1/2 apple, baked
  • shredded coconut
  • peanut butter
  • raw cookie dough nugglets from Livia's
  • some nuts
  • cacao nibs
  • quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Bake the 1/2 apple in the oven at 180°C until soft and golden

  2. In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, oats, chia seeds, cubed apple, hemp seeds, and cinnamon; mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight to thicken

  3. Prepare the toppings by arranging the baked apple, shredded coconut, peanut butter, cookie dough nugglets, nuts, cacao nibs, and quinoa puffs

  4. Assemble by topping the oat mixture with the prepared toppings and serve immediately
