Raspberry Swirl Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 6 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon carrot rice
- some cinnamon
Raspberry swirl
- 3 tablespoons frozen raspberries
- 50 ml water
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- chocolate hazelnut spread
- shredded coconut
- some nuts
Preparation
Put 3 tablespoons of frozen raspberries in a saucepan with 50 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup.
Combine 6 tablespoons of oats, 250 ml of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of raisins, 1 tablespoon of carrot rice, and some cinnamon in a pot and cook until thickened.
Mix the raspberry mixture with the oats in a bowl.
Add toppings including 1/2 banana, chocolate hazelnut spread, shredded coconut, and some nuts.
