Raspberry Swirl Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 6 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon carrot rice
  • some cinnamon

Raspberry swirl

  • 3 tablespoons frozen raspberries
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • chocolate hazelnut spread
  • shredded coconut
  • some nuts

Preparation

  1. Put 3 tablespoons of frozen raspberries in a saucepan with 50 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup.

  2. Combine 6 tablespoons of oats, 250 ml of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of raisins, 1 tablespoon of carrot rice, and some cinnamon in a pot and cook until thickened.

  3. Mix the raspberry mixture with the oats in a bowl.

  4. Add toppings including 1/2 banana, chocolate hazelnut spread, shredded coconut, and some nuts.
