Maple Peach Porridge with Blueberries and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • Barley flakes
  • Chia seeds
  • Soy milk
  • Fresh peaches (1-2 sliced)

Preparation

  1. Prepare porridge using your choice of grains and milk; for example, simmer barley flakes with chia seeds and soy milk until creamy

  2. While porridge is simmering, sauté 1-2 sliced fresh peaches in 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon in a frying pan on medium heat for 3-4 minutes
