Maple Peach Porridge with Blueberries and Peanut Butter

- Chia seeds
- Soy milk
- Fresh peaches (1-2 sliced)
- Maple syrup (1 tablespoon)
- Cinnamon (pinch)
- Blueberries (handful)
- Peanut butter
- Coconut milk

Preparation
Prepare porridge using your choice of grains and milk; for example, simmer barley flakes with chia seeds and soy milk until creamy
While porridge is simmering, sauté 1-2 sliced fresh peaches in 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon in a frying pan on medium heat for 3-4 minutes
Serve the porridge with a splash of coconut milk, the sautéed peaches, a handful of blueberries, and a generous drizzle of peanut butter
