Coconut Oat Porridge with Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup jumbo oats (I use @flahavansuk)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- Berries to serve
- Blueberry compote to serve
- Flaked coconut to serve
Preparation
Mix the coconut milk, oats, chia seeds, water, and maple syrup in a pan and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes to achieve a thick porridge.
If you want a less thick porridge, add a little more water.
Serving suggestions
Serve with berries, blueberry compote, and flaked coconut.
