Chocolate Ginger Almond Butter Porridge

Ingredients

  • 50g or 1 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1 cup coconut milk or any alternative
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until the porridge is creamy.

Serving suggestions

  1. Top with additional almond butter, banana, blueberries, and dark chocolate buttons.

Notes

  1. Porridge can be made with oats from Amisa Organic, chocolate buttons from Montezuma's Chocs, coconut milk from Innocent, and cacao from Aduna World.
