Chocolate Chip Cookie Porridge
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 150ml water
- 50ml oat milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cashew nut paste
Toppings
- 1 or 2 MIMO Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Banana
Preparation
Cook the oats with water, milk, vanilla, and salt.
Stir in the cashew nut paste at the end for extra creaminess.
Serve with a crumbled cookie and a banana.
Tips
For an enhanced version, fry the banana in a pan before serving.
