Vanilla Date Coconut Yogurt Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups oat milk
- 2 heaped tbsp coconut or oat yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 medium dates, chopped
Toppings
- Dark roasted peanut butter
- Walnuts
- Melted dark chocolate
- Dark chocolate buttons
- Additional dates
Preparation
Combine the oats, oat milk, coconut or oat yogurt, vanilla extract, and chopped dates in a pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, and add water if the mixture becomes too thick.
Top with dark roasted peanut butter, walnuts, melted dark chocolate, dark chocolate buttons, and additional dates before serving.
