Tahini and Banana Porridge
Ingredients
- 40g jumbo oats
- Water
- 1 teaspoon light tahini
- Banana
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Raspberries
- Granola
- Brownie pieces
Preparation
Boil the jumbo oats in water until cooked.
Add the light tahini and cook together with the oats.
Fry banana slices in extra virgin olive oil in a separate pan until golden.
Top the cooked porridge with fried banana, raspberries, granola, and brownie pieces.
