Tahini and Banana Porridge

Ingredients

  • 40g jumbo oats
  • Water
  • 1 teaspoon light tahini
  • Banana
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Raspberries
  • Granola
  • Brownie pieces

Preparation

  1. Boil the jumbo oats in water until cooked.

  2. Add the light tahini and cook together with the oats.

  3. Fry banana slices in extra virgin olive oil in a separate pan until golden.

  4. Top the cooked porridge with fried banana, raspberries, granola, and brownie pieces.
