Porridge with Raspberry Orange Compote
Ingredients
- Oats
- Raspberries
- Oranges
- Tahini
- Coconut yoghurt
- A few dark chocolate buttons
- Chopped almonds
Preparation
Cook the oats in water or milk to make porridge according to desired consistency
Prepare the compote by simmering raspberries and oranges with a sweetener until thickened and hot
Top the cooked porridge with the compote, tahini, coconut yoghurt, dark chocolate buttons, and chopped almonds
Serve immediately for a warm breakfast
