Porridge with Raspberry Orange Compote

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Raspberries
  • Oranges
  • Tahini
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • A few dark chocolate buttons
  • Chopped almonds

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats in water or milk to make porridge according to desired consistency

  2. Prepare the compote by simmering raspberries and oranges with a sweetener until thickened and hot

  3. Top the cooked porridge with the compote, tahini, coconut yoghurt, dark chocolate buttons, and chopped almonds

  4. Serve immediately for a warm breakfast
