Hearty Oatmeal Bowl with Fruits and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Soy Milk (high protein)
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries

  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Almonds
  • Hemp Seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine rolled oats, soy milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a saucepan.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the oats are soft and creamy.
