Banana Peanut Butter Chia Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 300g yogurt
- 10g chia seeds
- 40g rolled oats
- 10g ground flaxseeds
- 20g raisins
- sweetener, optional, to taste
Toppings
- banana
- ground flaxseeds
- peanut butter
- chia seeds
Preparation
Mix the Ingredients in a small container with a lid.
Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the mixture to soak and thicken.
In the morning, transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Add the Toppings: sliced banana, ground flaxseeds, peanut butter, and additional chia seeds.
Tips
Use your favorite type of yogurt.
Raisins provide natural sweetness, but add sweetener to taste if desired.
