Banana Peanut Butter Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 300g yogurt
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 40g rolled oats
  • 10g ground flaxseeds
  • 20g raisins
  • sweetener, optional, to taste

Toppings

  • banana
  • ground flaxseeds
  • peanut butter
  • chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix the Ingredients in a small container with a lid.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the mixture to soak and thicken.

  3. In the morning, transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Add the Toppings: sliced banana, ground flaxseeds, peanut butter, and additional chia seeds.

Tips

  1. Use your favorite type of yogurt.

  2. Raisins provide natural sweetness, but add sweetener to taste if desired.
