Tropical Overnight Chia Oats
Ingredients
- Oats (as many as you want)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Coconut milk
- Sweetener of choice
- Raisins
- Banana
- Persimmon
- Mango
- Coconut slivers
Preparation
Mix oats, chia seeds, coconut milk, sweetener of choice, and raisins in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, cut banana and persimmon into star shapes and place them inside a jar.
Add the refrigerated oat mixture to the jar.
Top with mango chunks, banana chunks, and coconut slivers.
