Whipped Coffee Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Overnight oats
- 1/2 cup oats (choose between old fashioned and porridge oats)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple or agave syrup
- pinch of sea salt
- 3/4 cup plant milk of choice
Whipped coffee
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp raw cane or coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp hot water
Toppings
- Crushed vegan cookies (e.g., biscoff)
Preparation
Mix all the overnight oats ingredients in a jar and let sit in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, crush the vegan cookies and place a layer in a serving cup.
Stir the oats mixture and transfer it on top of the cookie layer.
Whip the whipped coffee ingredients with an electric whisk until stiff and foamy.
Transfer the whipped coffee on top of the oats and serve.
