Overnight Blueberry Chia Oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 20g chia seeds
- 130g frozen blueberries
- Almond milk (to cover)
- Creamy peanut butter (for topping)
Preparation
Combine 50g oats, 20g chia seeds, and 130g frozen blueberries, then cover well with almond milk.
Stir through and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, roughly mash some of the blueberries with your spoon, add a splash more almond milk if desired, and top with creamy peanut butter.
Notes
This is halfway between chia pudding and overnight oats and ends up thick and pudding-like.
