Blueberry Oats and Chia Pudding Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp blackberry powder
- 2 cups almond milk
Optional additions
- Toppings as desired
Preparation
Take a pan and add oats, chia seeds, blueberries, coconut sugar, and 2 cups of almond milk.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring continuously, then add the mashed banana and mix again, making sure to cook on low heat.
Once cooked to your liking, add vanilla extract and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
