Coconut Steel Cut Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2c steel cut oats
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • full fat coconut milk
  • plant milk / water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • some cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.

  2. Cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until desired consistency.

  3. Top with banana and banola.

Tips

  1. Coconut milk adds extra smoothness and flavor to the oats.
