Coconut Steel Cut Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2c steel cut oats
- 1/3 mashed banana
- full fat coconut milk
- plant milk / water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- some cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a pot.
Cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until desired consistency.
Top with banana and banola.
Tips
Coconut milk adds extra smoothness and flavor to the oats.
