Steel Cut Oats with Spices and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup oat/coconut milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/3 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Toppings

  • banana
  • nut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and cook on the stove for 6-8 minutes.

  2. Top with banana and your favorite nut butter.
