Coconut Turmeric Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 mashed ripe banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup oat milk

Toppings

  • frozen raspberries
  • coconut yogurt
  • homemade almond butter
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Combine steel cut oats, quick oats, chia seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, mashed banana, coconut milk, and oat milk in a pot.

  2. Cook on the stove until the oats are tender.

  3. Top with frozen raspberries, coconut yogurt, homemade almond butter, and bee pollen.
