Coconut Turmeric Steel Cut Oats
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 mashed ripe banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup oat milk
Toppings
- frozen raspberries
- coconut yogurt
- homemade almond butter
- bee pollen
Preparation
Combine steel cut oats, quick oats, chia seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, mashed banana, coconut milk, and oat milk in a pot.
Cook on the stove until the oats are tender.
Top with frozen raspberries, coconut yogurt, homemade almond butter, and bee pollen.
