Quick Chocolate Oats with Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 banana (mashed)
  • frozen blueberries (optional)
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Add the quick oats, raw cacao powder, coconut milk, oat milk, and salt to the mashed banana.

  3. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

  4. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or cook on the stove over medium heat until thickened and creamy.

  5. Stir in frozen blueberries if using, and serve immediately.
