Creamy Banana Apricot Oats
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 2 dried apricots
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oatmilk
- 1/4 cup water
Optional additions
- 1-2 tablespoons plant-based yogurt
- Strawberries
- Banana slices
- Peanut butter
- Hemp hearts
- Pepitas
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Continuously stir until oats reach desired consistency.
Stir in extras if desired or top with favorite toppings.
Tips
To make creamier, add 1-2 tablespoons of plant-based yogurt.
