Creamy Banana Apricot Oats
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 2 dried apricots, diced
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oatmilk
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Continuously stir until the oats reach your desired consistency.
Stir in extras if desired or top with your favorite toppings.
Tips
To make creamier, add 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite plant-based yogurt.
For example, top with strawberries, extra banana slices, peanut butter, hemp hearts, and pepitas.
