Creamy Rose Water Tahini Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats or steel-cut oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp rosewater
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
Toppings
- strawberries
- bananas
- blueberries
- nuts
- sun butter
Preparation
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the oats and oat milk, then cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add the tahini, maple syrup, salt, and rosewater, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the oats are creamy and reach the desired consistency.
