Creamy Rose Water Tahini Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats or steel-cut oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp rosewater
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt

Toppings

  • strawberries

  • blueberries
  • nuts
  • sun butter

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the oats and oat milk, then cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

  2. Add the tahini, maple syrup, salt, and rosewater, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the oats are creamy and reach the desired consistency.
