Coconut Cream Oatmeal Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut milk beverage (not canned)
- 1 tbsp canned coconut cream (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
Preparation
Add all ingredients except coconut cream to a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes or until thickened to your desired consistency.
Remove from heat and stir in coconut cream.
Adjust seasonings as desired and serve with berries.
