Coconut Cream Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage (carton not can)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or 1/2 a mashed banana
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all your ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a low simmer.

  2. Allow oats to cook while stirring continuously to help maintain creaminess.

  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes until desired consistency is reached.

  4. Serve with your favorite toppings.
