Peanut Butter Maple Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon and salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow to cook and thicken while stirring for about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Serve with berries, peanut butter, and banana.
