Apple Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup oats
- 1 small apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 2 tbsp cashew milk
- Pinch salt
Toppings
- Granola
- Hemp seeds
- Maple syrup
Preparation
Cut the apple into small cubes, reserving a section to slice for garnish.
Add the oats and cubed apple to a pot with water and bring to a low boil.
Reduce heat to low, add cashew milk, cinnamon, maca powder, and a pinch of salt, then stir to combine.
Continue cooking until thick and creamy.
Spoon into bowls and top with granola, hemp seeds, maple syrup, and the reserved sliced apple.
