Apple Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 2 tbsp cashew milk
  • Pinch salt

Toppings

  • Granola
  • Hemp seeds
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Cut the apple into small cubes, reserving a section to slice for garnish.

  2. Add the oats and cubed apple to a pot with water and bring to a low boil.

  3. Reduce heat to low, add cashew milk, cinnamon, maca powder, and a pinch of salt, then stir to combine.

  4. Continue cooking until thick and creamy.

  5. Spoon into bowls and top with granola, hemp seeds, maple syrup, and the reserved sliced apple.
