Apple Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 small apple (reserve a chunk for garnish)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 2 tbsp cashew milk
  • Pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the apple into small cubes, reserving a section to slice for garnish.

  2. Add the oats and cubed apple to a pot with water and bring to a low boil.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the cashew milk, cinnamon, maca powder, and a pinch of salt.

  4. Stir to combine.

  5. Cook until thick and creamy, then spoon into bowls and top with granola, hemp seeds, maple syrup, and the reserved sliced apple.
