Apple and Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 chopped apples
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation

  1. Place the apples in a pot and let them cook for 5 minutes, then add the milk.

  2. Once the milk starts to simmer, add the remaining ingredients and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve plain or topped with any fruits, nuts, seeds, and more sweetener if needed.
