Apple and Cinnamon Oats
Ingredients
- 2 chopped apples
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups milk
Preparation
Place the apples in a pot and let them cook for 5 minutes, then add the milk.
Once the milk starts to simmer, add the remaining ingredients and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Serving suggestions
Serve plain or topped with any fruits, nuts, seeds, and more sweetener if needed.
