Vegan Turmeric Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2-1 cup of oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of water (add more if needed)
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/2 scoop of natural pea protein
- 1 tsp of maca powder
Preparation
Cook oats with milk and water for 10 minutes on slow heat.
Turn the heat off but keep it in the pot for 20 more minutes.
Mix in all the other ingredients.
Serve in a bowl with your favourite toppings.
