Vegan Chocolate Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1-2 bananas
  • Cacao powder
  • Milk (plant-based)
  • Oats
  • Chia seeds

Optional toppings

  • Any toppings of choice

Preparation

  1. Mash 1-2 bananas in a bowl.

  2. Add cacao powder and a drop of milk, then mix together.

  3. Add oats and chia seeds, and stir everything together.

  4. Pour in the remaining milk and let it soak for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Top with desired toppings and serve.

Tips

  1. You can cook the oats instead of soaking them.

  2. Alternatively, prepare as overnight oats by soaking longer in the refrigerator.
