Vegan Chocolate Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1-2 bananas
- Cacao powder
- Milk (plant-based)
- Oats
- Chia seeds
Optional toppings
- Any toppings of choice
Preparation
Mash 1-2 bananas in a bowl.
Add cacao powder and a drop of milk, then mix together.
Add oats and chia seeds, and stir everything together.
Pour in the remaining milk and let it soak for 2-3 minutes.
Top with desired toppings and serve.
Tips
You can cook the oats instead of soaking them.
Alternatively, prepare as overnight oats by soaking longer in the refrigerator.
