Gingerbread Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar and let set overnight.

  2. Serve warmed with spiced almond butter and extra non-dairy milk or yogurt.
