Banana Pudding Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds (I used white chia seeds)
- 2/3 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1/2 mashed banana
- splash of vanilla
- Vegan vanilla wafers
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/2 container unsweetened coconut milk yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
Mix all the overnight oats ingredients together in a small or medium jar and refrigerate overnight.
Layer the jar in the following order: Vanilla wafers, Yogurt mixture, Sliced bananas, Mashed banana, Overnight oats.
Repeat the layers until the jar is filled.
Top with yogurt, mashed banana, and vanilla wafer pieces.
