Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberry yoghurt of your choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 maple syrup or honey
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 5-7 strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • optional, strawberry chia jam and honey for serving

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the banana and strawberries

  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours

  3. To serve, fill two glasses and top with sliced banana and strawberries

  4. Optional strawberry chia jam( find the recipe on my blog) and a drizzle of honey
