Recipe: Quick Chia Almond Oats
Ingredients
- quick chia almond oats
- 40g quick (porridge) oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- pinch of salt
- pinch of vanilla (optional)
- 100ml hot, freshly boiled water
- 100ml almond milk
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl
Set aside for 20-30 minutes to soak
Mix again, top with your favourites, toppings and enjoy!
