Recipe: Quick Chia Almond Oats

Ingredients

  • quick chia almond oats
  • 40g quick (porridge) oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of vanilla (optional)
  • 100ml hot, freshly boiled water
  • 100ml almond milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl

  2. Set aside for 20-30 minutes to soak

  3. Mix again, top with your favourites, toppings and enjoy!
