Overnight Oatmeal and Chia Pudding Bowl

Ingredients

Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Chia pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp beet root powder
  • 1 tbs maple syrup

Toppings

  • peanut butter
  • bee pollen
  • chia seeds
  • frozen blueberries

Preparation

Oatmeal

  1. Mix all oatmeal ingredients together in a container. Refrigerate overnight

Chia pudding

  1. Combine chia seeds, almond milk, beet root powder, and maple syrup in a bowl. Stir well and refrigerate overnight

Assembly

  1. In a serving bowl, layer the prepared oatmeal and chia pudding. Add peanut butter, bee pollen, additional chia seeds, and frozen blueberries. Enjoy
