Overnight Oatmeal and Chia Pudding Bowl
Ingredients
Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Chia pudding
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp beet root powder
- 1 tbs maple syrup
Toppings
- peanut butter
- bee pollen
- chia seeds
- frozen blueberries
Preparation
Oatmeal
Mix all oatmeal ingredients together in a container. Refrigerate overnight
Chia pudding
Combine chia seeds, almond milk, beet root powder, and maple syrup in a bowl. Stir well and refrigerate overnight
Assembly
In a serving bowl, layer the prepared oatmeal and chia pudding. Add peanut butter, bee pollen, additional chia seeds, and frozen blueberries. Enjoy
