Vanilla Protein Oats with Date and Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 large chopped date
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Frozen blueberries
  • Fig
  • Nut butter
  • Bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Bring almond milk to a boil first.

  2. Add oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, chopped date, vanilla protein, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Cook on the stove until desired consistency.

  4. Top with frozen blueberries, fig, nut butter, and bee pollen.
