Vanilla Protein Oats with Date and Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large chopped date
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- Frozen blueberries
- Fig
- Nut butter
- Bee pollen
Preparation
Bring almond milk to a boil first.
Add oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, chopped date, vanilla protein, and a pinch of salt.
Cook on the stove until desired consistency.
Top with frozen blueberries, fig, nut butter, and bee pollen.
