Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Cinnamon to taste
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- Figs
- Frozen raspberries
- Pumpkin spice almond butter
Preparation
Soak the oats in water overnight.
In the morning, combine the soaked oats with almond milk, pumpkin purée, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
Top with figs, frozen raspberries, and pumpkin spice almond butter before serving.
