Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Figs
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Pumpkin spice almond butter

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats in water overnight.

  2. In the morning, combine the soaked oats with almond milk, pumpkin purée, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
