Cinnamon Cauliflower Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Almond milk to cover
- Cinnamon syrup (e.g., sweetfreedomuk)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 egg white
Toppings
- chia seed jam
- fig
- more cinnamon syrup
Preparation
Soak the oats overnight.
Mix with cauliflower rice, cinnamon, almond milk, cinnamon syrup, and salt in the morning.
Optionally add 1 egg white if exercising after consumption.
Top with chia seed jam, fig, and additional cinnamon syrup before serving.
