Cinnamon Cauliflower Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Almond milk to cover
  • Cinnamon syrup (e.g., sweetfreedomuk)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 egg white

Toppings

  • chia seed jam
  • fig
  • more cinnamon syrup

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats overnight.

  2. Mix with cauliflower rice, cinnamon, almond milk, cinnamon syrup, and salt in the morning.

  3. Optionally add 1 egg white if exercising after consumption.

  4. Top with chia seed jam, fig, and additional cinnamon syrup before serving.
