Vanilla Matcha Cauliflower Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- Splash of almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha
- 1 spoon vanilla protein
Toppings
- frozen raspberries
- dried fig
- deep roast nut butter
Preparation
Soak the oats overnight or for several hours until soft
Mix the soaked oats with frozen cauliflower rice, matcha powder, vanilla protein, and a splash of almond milk until well combined
Add the toppings and serve cold or at room temperature
