Apple and Vanilla Cauli Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- Splash of almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla syrup
- Cinnamon apple
Toppings
- Fig
- Pomegranate
- Dark chocolate and hazelnut butter
Preparation
Soak the 1/2 cup gluten-free oats in water or milk
Sauté the cinnamon apple with cinnamon until tender
Combine the soaked oats, cauliflower rice, almond milk, salt, and vanilla syrup in a bowl and mix well
Heat the mixture if desired for serving
Add the toppings: fig, pomegranate, and dark chocolate and hazelnut butter
