Apple and Vanilla Cauli Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • Splash of almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla syrup
  • Cinnamon apple

Toppings

  • Fig
  • Pomegranate
  • Dark chocolate and hazelnut butter

Preparation

  1. Soak the 1/2 cup gluten-free oats in water or milk

  2. Sauté the cinnamon apple with cinnamon until tender

  3. Combine the soaked oats, cauliflower rice, almond milk, salt, and vanilla syrup in a bowl and mix well

  4. Heat the mixture if desired for serving

  5. Add the toppings: fig, pomegranate, and dark chocolate and hazelnut butter
