Matcha Vanilla Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (soaked)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauli rice
  • 2 tsp vanilla matcha protein
  • Vanilla syrup
  • Splash almond milk

Toppings

  • Fig
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Pip and nut (brand reference)

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats in water or almond milk for at least 30 minutes or overnight

  2. Thaw the frozen cauli rice if desired, or use as is

  3. Mix the soaked oats, cauli rice, vanilla matcha protein, vanilla syrup, and almond milk together in a bowl

  4. Add the toppings: fig, frozen raspberries, and pip and nut
