- 1/2 cup frozen cauli rice
- Pinch salt
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla syrup
- Splash almond milk
Matcha chia pudding
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp matcha
- Almond milk
- Vanilla syrup
Toppings
- Fig
- Frozen nectarine
- Pip and nut butter
Preparation
Combine the ingredients for the oat base in a bowl and mix well
Prepare the matcha chia pudding by combining its ingredients in a separate container, stirring well, and refrigerating for at least 15 minutes until thickened
Assemble the dish by adding the toppings to the oat base
