Vanilla Cinnamon Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soaked oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauli rice
  • Pinch salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla syrup
  • Splash almond milk

Matcha chia pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • Almond milk
  • Vanilla syrup

Toppings

  • Fig
  • Frozen nectarine
  • Pip and nut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine the ingredients for the oat base in a bowl and mix well

  2. Prepare the matcha chia pudding by combining its ingredients in a separate container, stirring well, and refrigerating for at least 15 minutes until thickened

  3. Assemble the dish by adding the toppings to the oat base
