Cinnamon and Ginger Cauli Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf oats (soaked)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauli rice
  • Cinnamon
  • Gingerbread syrup
  • Splash almond milk

Toppings

  • Fig
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Pumpkin spiced almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, cauli rice, cinnamon, gingerbread syrup, and almond milk in a bowl.

  2. Let it soak overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. Top with fig, frozen blueberries, and pumpkin spiced almond butter before serving.
