Salted Caramel Latte Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gf oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 2 dates
- Pinch salt
- Splash almond milk
- 1 tsp salted caramel latte blend
Toppings
- Frozen raspberries
- Blueberries
- Blueberry almond butter
Preparation
Soak the oats overnight.
Chop the dates.
Combine the soaked oats, frozen cauliflower rice, chopped dates, a pinch of salt, a splash of almond milk, and 1 tsp salted caramel latte blend.
Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for another minute.
Add the toppings: frozen raspberries, blueberries, and blueberry almond butter.
Note that microwaving makes the oats thicker.
