Salted Caramel Latte Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 dates
  • Pinch salt
  • Splash almond milk
  • 1 tsp salted caramel latte blend

Toppings

  • Frozen raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blueberry almond butter

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats overnight.

  2. Chop the dates.

  3. Combine the soaked oats, frozen cauliflower rice, chopped dates, a pinch of salt, a splash of almond milk, and 1 tsp salted caramel latte blend.

  4. Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for another minute.

  5. Add the toppings: frozen raspberries, blueberries, and blueberry almond butter.

  6. Note that microwaving makes the oats thicker.
