Salted Caramel Overnight Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 chopped dates
  • 1 tsp salted caramel latte
  • Cashew milk

Toppings

  • Frozen cherries
  • Blueberries
  • Blueberry trail mix
  • Almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the chopped dates and 1 tsp salted caramel latte into a paste.

  2. Add the paste to the oats and chia seeds.

  3. Add cashew milk and mix well.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. In the morning, add the toppings.
