Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or/and ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp grated carrots
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice + a pinch of SALT
  • 1 cup cashew milk

Preparation

  1. Soak overnight

  2. Heat it up or eat it cold in the morning
