Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or/and ground flax seeds
- 2 tbsp grated carrots
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice + a pinch of SALT
- 1 cup cashew milk
Preparation
Soak overnight
Heat it up or eat it cold in the morning
