Vegan Coconut Porridge with Banana Toppings

Ingredients

  • 40g Tesco food oats
  • 100ml water
  • 70ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 smashed banana

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp Alpro coconut yogurt
  • cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave syrup, and smashed banana in a pot

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly if desired

  4. Add the toppings: sliced banana, coconut yogurt, cacao nibs, and almond butter
